Tiki Libre

As implied by the name, Tiki Libre is a riff on the Cuba Libre. Maggie Morgan of NOLA’s Cane & Table, was inspired to create this libation while heading to work one day. In the Louisiana heat, Morgan experienced duel cravings for both a gas station frozen Coke slurp and a Cuba Libre. Enter the Tiki Libre. Morgan’s creation adds some Falernum to the mix which makes all the difference.

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Pulse blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
  2. Pour into a Hurricane Glass.
  3. Garnish with lime wheel.
