Blackberry & Strawberry Syrup
Granulated White Sugar
(Rinsed and Cut in Halves)
Mix all ingredients together in a pot.
Bring to boil and then simmer for 20 mins.
Strain out berries from mixture. (Do not press down on berries to help keep syrup from getting cloudy.)
Cool syrup in fridge for an hour. Use in desired cocktail recipe. Can be made ahead and stored in fridge for up to a wee
