LA’s Casa Vega is an establishment in Sherman Oaks. Sine opening in 1956, the restaurant has been a favorite of film industry stars and neighborhood locals. While the Lobster Quesadillas, are a crowd favorite, most people know that the real treats are the margaritas.
While there are several options available, we’re fans of the classic family recipe that founder Ray Vega put on the menu so many years ago. The simple specs feature high quality agave and just enough flavor to make them unique.
- Rim a chilled Margarita Glass with lime then salt.
- Add Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice, and ice to a shaker. Shake until chilled.
- Strain into glass.
- Add a splash of juice of your choice.
