Either way, this Manhattan variation is the type of drink that chases the cold away and provide a perfect sipper while you read away a rainy night. The Rye will keep your innards warm and fuzzy, and the Cherry Heering adds just enough brightness to the drink.

  1. Combine ingredients with standard ice cubes in a mixing glass
  2. Double strain into an old fashioned glass filled with chunk / large format ice
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist
