The Pago Pago is a tiki classic originally published in the seminal 1940’s cocktail book titled, The How and When. The flavor is heady, sweet, and boozy. One is perfect for a hot day, but be careful with more than that given the overproof ingredients.
- Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker.
- Shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a coupe.
- Optionally garnish with fresh island fruit.
