Pink Lady (Optimized)

The Pink Lady is a classic Prohibition era egg white sour. The drink was common into the late fifties, but always something of a novelty even it’s time. Still, the libation is pretty tasty–bright and smooth due to the grenadine with a little bit of a punch from the gin.

  1. Combine all ingredients in tin. Dry shake vigorously.
  2. Add ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain into coupe.
  4. No garnish is needed for flavor, but if you're feeling creative, knock yourself out.
