The Pink Lady is a classic Prohibition era egg white sour. The drink was common into the late fifties, but always something of a novelty even it’s time. Still, the libation is pretty tasty–bright and smooth due to the grenadine with a little bit of a punch from the gin.
- Combine all ingredients in tin. Dry shake vigorously.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into coupe.
- No garnish is needed for flavor, but if you're feeling creative, knock yourself out.
