Here is Michael Madrusan’s 2009 addition to the legendary Milk & Honey cocktail classics. Madrusan’s drink is still boozy, but he takes a different path with his modifier, adding a hint of peach.

In the mid 2000’s each bartender at the NYC bar had their own riff on the Brooklyn (which itself is a riff on the Manhattan) named after different neighborhoods in the outer borough.

In 2004, Vincenzo Errico of NYC’s Milk & Honey introduced the Redhook. Michael McIlroy helped usher in the Cocktail renaissance with the iconic Greenpoint. Sam Ross created the Cobble Hill.

You can find other Milk & Honey favorites in Regarding Cocktails by the late Sasha Petraske.

Miracle & Sippin’ Santa Moving Forward: 2020 Locations Announced

Conceived by Greg Boehm (technically his mother) of Cocktail Kingdom fame, the immersive holiday bars celebrate Christmas through seasonal takeover/pop-ups across the world. Each Miracle location features the same menu and drink ware, but the over-the-top holiday decor is created by each venue–and it gets competitive. Sippin’ Santa is Jeff ‘Beachbum’ Berry’s spinoff event, a tiki-Christmas mashup.
