This Kent Goto original cocktail was on the opening menu of the celebrated Bar Goto in the East Village of New York. Here, the Slivovitz is used as a modifier while Bourbon is the base.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice and stir 60 times.
  2. Strain into a snifter. No garnish.
