Coffee is the product of brewing the seeds of the berries of the Coffea plant with water. The drink can be served hot, cold, or even frozen; with milk in every form; and flavored with syrups. There are countless means of brewing, each with countless advocates and countless critics.

Quick Sips: In the beverage’s most basic state, coffee has a slightly bitter, acrid taste with a clear acidic element. Other tones like chocolate, citrus, and berries manifest themselves dependent on strain and terroir of the bean.
